Financial Investigations · Crypto Fraud Response

It's hard to think clearly in the first 72 hours. A step-by-step structure for what to do next — so you don't have to figure it out alone.

Crypto scams are designed to make you panic — and after the discovery, designed to make you feel ashamed. Both are normal reactions, and neither is your fault. Neither one helps for the work that has to happen in the next 72 hours. Nine Markdown skills walk you through it methodically, step by step: evidence preservation, FBI IC3 drafting, exchange freeze requests, bank fraud notices, and the recovery-scam scan that may save you from a second loss. You don't have to do this alone.

First 72 Hours: Crypto Fraud Toolkit cover
What this is

A documentation, reporting, and routing toolkit.

  • Evidence-preservation checklist for the first 6 hours
  • Drafts of the FBI IC3 report, the exchange freeze request, the bank fraud notice
  • A red-flag scan to vet any "recovery service" that contacts you
  • A brief template for the family member, attorney, or financial advisor helping you
What this is NOT

Read this before you scroll further.

  • Not a recovery service. Recovery of stolen crypto is uncommon.
  • Not legal advice. Not financial advice. Not investigative services.
  • Not a referral to any private investigator or "recovery expert."
  • If anyone offers to recover your funds for an upfront fee — that's a second scam. The bundle teaches you how to spot them.
What's in the bundle

Nine skills, the right order, no fluff.

Each skill is a Markdown file you can read on its own or paste into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. The AI walks you through the structure, asks for the details you have, and produces drafts of the documents you need. The skills also work entirely on paper.

incident-timeline.md
Reconstruct the scam chronologically. Every event, source-documented.
wallet-and-transaction-log.md
Catalog every wallet, exchange account, and on-chain transaction hash.
scammer-profile-packet.md
Compile every identity, contact detail, and digital trace the scammer left.
ic3-report-draft.md
Draft the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center report — the highest-leverage report you can file.
exchange-freeze-request.md
Structured incident report to the receiving exchange's fraud team.
bank-and-card-fraud-notice.md
Notice to your bank or card issuer for wire / ACH / debit / credit transactions that funded the scam.
family-and-advisor-brief.md
Brief the family member, attorney, or financial advisor helping you — so non-experts get up to speed without re-traumatizing the victim.
The recovery scam

If they reached out to you, the answer is no.

Within hours of being scammed, you will be contacted by "recovery experts," "ethical hackers," "blockchain forensic specialists," and "crypto recovery attorneys." They find you on Telegram. They find you on Reddit. They find you in the comments under news articles about crypto fraud.

Almost all of them are a second scam — often run by the same group that ran the first one. They will ask for an upfront fee. They will promise specific recovery percentages. They will manufacture urgency. They will move only in encrypted messengers.

The bundle's recovery-scam-redflag-scan.md skill walks through the 13 patterns to watch for and the 10 questions to ask any service that contacts you. For many buyers, that one skill alone is worth the price — it stops the second loss before it starts.

This bundle does not, will not, and cannot recover funds. It does not refer you to any third party that claims to. Its value is in helping you do the right things in the right order with the right documentation — so that the public institutions that can act have what they need.

Who buys this

Three audiences. Same documentation.

Recent victims

You just discovered the scam. You're in panic. The bundle walks you through the next 72 hours in the order they need to happen.

Family helping a victim

A parent, sibling, or partner was scammed. Often they're too overwhelmed to drive the response themselves. The bundle gives you a structure for helping without re-traumatizing them.

Attorneys & advisors

You're a generalist attorney, accountant, or financial advisor whose client just brought you a crypto-fraud matter. The bundle organizes the documentation you'll need before scoping the engagement.

"Most of what crypto-scam victims need isn't a recovery service — it's structure. The first 72 hours determine whether the documentation gets preserved, whether the federal report gets filed properly, whether the exchange has any chance to freeze, and whether the victim avoids the recovery-scam second wave. The bundle is the structure I wished every victim had walking in."
Common questions

Before you buy.

Will this get my money back?

No. The bundle does not promise recovery. Recovery of stolen cryptocurrency is uncommon and, when it happens, results from law-enforcement seizure or a narrow-window exchange freeze — not from any product purchased after the fact. The bundle's value is in helping you do the right things in the right order so the public institutions that can act have what they need.

Why is this pay-what-you-want?

Because many buyers will be victims who have just lost real money, and a fixed price reads as opportunistic. The suggested price is $39. Professional buyers (attorneys, advisors, family members not in distress) pay that or more. Victims who can't afford $39 pay what they can. The bundle is the same either way.

Is this legal advice?

No. The bundle is operational tooling — checklists, document templates, and routing instructions for public agencies. A licensed attorney is what you need for legal advice. The bundle helps you organize the documentation an attorney (or a federal investigator, or your bank's fraud team) will ask you to produce.

Will you investigate the scam for me?

No. ParClark Tech Solutions LLC sells digital products. It does not run investigations on individual cases through this bundle, and it does not refer buyers to any private investigator or recovery service. The bundle routes only to public resources — FBI IC3, FinCEN, FTC, state Attorneys General, your bank, the receiving exchange.

What if I bought this and I'm already past the 72-hour window?

Most of the bundle still applies. Evidence preservation, IC3 filing, the scammer-profile packet, the recovery-scam scan, the family-and-advisor brief — all still work past the 72-hour window. Exchange freeze is the one piece that needs speed; the rest is timeless documentation.

Can I share this with my client / family member?

Yes, within your own professional practice or family. The license covers use by the purchaser on behalf of the people they're authorized to assist. The license does not cover reselling, redistributing publicly, or posting the files on the open internet. Team licenses for larger organizations are available — email e_clark@parclarktechsolutions.com.

What format are the files?

Plain Markdown (.md) text files. Open them in any text editor, paste them into Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor, or print them. The bundle includes a README with the recommended sequence.
